About The Position

The Coordinating Manager position at NYC Health + Hospitals is designed to support the Associate Director of Patient Experience Level I in collaborating with key stakeholders and developing operational plans to enhance patient experience and employee engagement. Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counseling; and one (1) year of full-time experience in a medically-oriented health care and medical support systems environment; or
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the aforementioned disciplines; and two (2) years of full-time experience in a medically-oriented health care and medical support systems environment; or
• A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience, with each year of relevant training and/or experience substituting for 30 semester credits from an accredited college or university. All applicants must have at least a Bachelor's degree or its educational equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Associate Director of Patient Experience Level I with improving patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient satisfaction through data-driven initiatives, staff training, and communication strategies.
• Review existing patient experience and employee engagement activities.
• Collect and analyze patient experience and employee experience information.
• Illustrate ICARE values and act as a Kind Ambassador.
• Analyze patient metrics such as MyChart utilization to track improvement and identify areas for opportunity.
