Requirements

  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in CMM programming and operation
  • Proficiency in PC-DMIS software
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and ANSI/ASME, ISO standards
  • Ability to document and maintain accurate records for quality audits.
  • Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives with Kaizen methodologies
  • Ability to train and mentor junior staff
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.
