Coordinator Volunteers ensures the continuation of the mission and values by demonstrating a superior customer service commitment while steering the flow of the daily activities related to assigned volunteer positions. The Coordinator facilitates efficiency of all tasks related to the volunteer office by assisting with the successful integration of volunteer services throughout the organization. The Coordinator provides support, direction, supplies, and feedback and maintains organization of projects associated to the enhancement and expansion of volunteer services. This position monitors the weekly involvement and success of the St. Elizabeth Health Center Volunteers and SEHC Auxiliary by correspondence and communication. Will provide calls to active and inactive volunteers monitoring the volunteers satisfaction, participation and his/her effective presence as a volunteer within the organization. The Coordinator’s manner or communication should be timely, cooperative, and respectful which reflects that people are held with the highest regard.
