The position involves performing weekly audits and rounding, training new team members, and maintaining food service and DHEC reports. The individual will be responsible for recording refrigerator and dish room logs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as related to their area of work. Monitoring product dates and Use-By dates is essential to ensure the best quality of food service. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to uphold and enforce excellent customer service at all times. The individual will act as a liaison between the department, customers, and other departments served in the absence of a supervisor. Flexibility and availability to work any shift hours are necessary. The position also requires adherence to DHEC/DNV regulations regarding food safety, facility upkeep, cleaning, sanitation, and monitoring unit personnel compliance. Additional duties may be assigned by department leadership. A thorough knowledge and understanding of cash register and cash handling policies and processes is also required. Ensuring that personnel complete their assignments thoroughly and timely at the end of each shift, along with proper documentation for management, is a key responsibility.
