Two years of planning experience in hospitality industry

Responsibilities

Answers telephones and makes reservations for clients
Tracks information in the database
Responsible for planning in the conference center
Ensures appropriate communication to operating departments including Conference Services, Catering, and Audio Visual
Checks all conference rooms before client arrives
Ensures rooms are set according to customer standards
Ensure Audio Visual equipment is set according to customer standards
Finalizes all planning details with clients and distributes to all operating departments
Provides business center services when requested
Run end-of-day reports
