About The Position
The Cooperman College Scholars Program (CCS Program), based in Newark, promotes college completion of underserved, but high achieving students attending Rutgers University-Newark. One critical component for each Cooperman College freshmen is being mentored for two years by a full-time RU-N faculty or staff member. The Cooperman Mentor will mentor up to 10 CCS freshmen throughout the 2025-26 academic year and may be re-appointed for a second year.
