Requirements

  • The student must be enrolled at an accredited institution pursuing a bachelors, masters or doctorate degree in any of the following majors: Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Computer)
  • Pharmacy
  • Chemistry
  • Biochemistry
  • Biology
  • Microbiology
  • Industrial Biotechnology
  • Industrial Hygiene
  • Accounting, Finance, Materials Management or related fields
  • Human Resources, Labor Legislation, Psychology or other human behavior fields
  • Please note that for bachelor’s degrees, candidates must be in their 3rd year as a minimum.
  • Although a GPA of 3.50 or higher is preferred, a GPA of 3.00 is considered the minimum requirement.
  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week (full-time) for a minimum of 20 weeks.
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization or visas for this role, including but not limited to F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, or L-1.
