The Coolsculpting Technician at Skinfinite Solutions is responsible for providing personalized consultations and performing CoolSculpting and CoolTone procedures. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing CoolSculpting/CoolTone procedures in a professional medical setting.
• Strong sales upgrade record.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines.

Nice To Haves

• CoolSculpting Certification (Preferred)
• 2 years of sales experience (Preferred)
• 2 years of social media marketing experience (Preferred)
• 2 years of marketing experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth consultations to assess patient's concerns.
• Discuss patient's goals and provide expert advice on treatments and products.
• Document patient history and other lifestyle factors.
• Proficiently perform CoolSculpting & CoolTone procedures according to established protocols.
• Conduct full CoolSculpting and CoolTone assessments and develop detailed treatment plans.
• Educate patients about treatment and post-treatment care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments, outcomes, and follow-ups.
• Act as a liaison between patients and other providers to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements, products, and industry trends.
• Provide input for developing clinic protocols, product offerings, and educational materials.
• Support the sales floor during non-booked times, contributing to client engagement and overall sales and education.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff on the use, benefits, and features of CoolSculpting & CoolTone.
• Collaborate with the management team to create training schedules and assess staff training needs.
