About The Position

Kemps is seeking adaptable general laborers for immediate openings in North Minneapolis. The role involves performing various duties related to the unloading, transferring, and storing of materials and products in a warehouse environment. Candidates will operate equipment safely and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while effectively communicating with all departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks

Responsibilities

• Unload materials and ingredients for plant or warehouse use
• Transfer and store raw and finished products
• Operate onsite equipment and machinery safely, including electric pallet jacks and forklifts
• Use RF Scanner to scan products
• Perform other duties as assigned
