Requirements

Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours
Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character
Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs
Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required
Ability to lift 50 lbs
May be exposed to cold (45ºF, 4ºC)
Work around raw, live animal odors

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but nut required

Responsibilities

Under general supervision, stack/load boxes from production line on pallets following specific pattern
Ensure stacked boxes are straight with label facing out and lot numbers turned to the outside
Loads ice-packed poultry on trucks as needed
Other duties as assigned
