About The Position

The Cooler Operator is primarily responsible for manually stacking boxes on pallets prior to shipping. This role requires compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
• Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, stack/load boxes from production line on pallets following specific pattern.
• Ensure stacked boxes are straight with label facing out and lot numbers turned to the outside.
• Loads ice-packed poultry on trucks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
