About The Position

The Cooler Loadout/ General Labor associate is responsible for loading and unloading coolers and trucks with products, ensuring proper handling and organization. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. The associate will collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines, and follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment and delivery of products in optimal condition. This position is essential for the efficient operation of the facility, involving the preparation and loading of trucks with products to ensure all items are handled with care and accuracy, contributing significantly to quality and customer satisfaction.
