About The Position

Position at Pilgrim's Key Responsibilities Summary: Receive finished product and place in designated cooler locations Ensure proper FIFO(First In, First Out) rotation of all product Verify product labels, dates, and quantities for accuracy Maintain organization and cleanliness of cooler storage areas Monitor cooler temperatures and report deviations immediately Remove damaged, expired ,or non-conforming product Communicate over-runs and product that is unable to ship Operate pallet jack Follow all food safety, USDA and company policies Keep aisles clear and maintain safe working conditions

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs
• Frequent bending ,reaching, and pulling
• Work in cold wet environment
• Ability to push/pull pallet jack
• Maintain proper product rotation
• Ensure cooler organization at all times
• Minimize product damage and loss
• Support production flow efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory handling
