Requirements

Continuous interaction with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment. Engage in standing/walking 6-8 hours at a time. Includes receiving and stocking of deliveries.
Schedule may entail nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytic, communication, and presentation skills.
Basic computer, math, and data entry skills.
Basic filing and record-keeping skills.
Comfortable with email and learning new programs.
Must pass a required criminal background check.
Must be 18 or older.

Nice To Haves

Able to multitask and be detail oriented.
Being proactive and organized.
A background in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Work the floor alongside staff to set an example, promote a positive environment, and stay in touch with employees and customers.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
Drive sales and profits through smart buying, merchandising, inventory management, customer service, and salesmanship.
Be aware of the overall state of department displays as well as other displays throughout the store.
Refresh and restock a broad selection of products.
