POSITION PURPOSE Under the supervision of the Manager or Supervisor, assists in preparation and service of all menu items as needed, following recipes and procedures to maintain quality and consistency. Practices safe food storage and handling while keeping area sanitary and organized. Maintains and records all related paperwork as required. Displays a positive attitude and courteous service to patients, staff and visitors.
