POSITION SUMMARY To perform this job successfully, the Cooking Operator is responsible for the operation of cooking to ensure the production schedule and sanitation requirement are fulfilled.

Requirements

  • This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent education; and minimum of three months forklift operating experience in warehouse environment and with effective forklift certificate.
  • Ability to speak, read, writes, and comprehends simple English. Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
  • Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Industry forklift certificate is a must.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Operate PLC system on 6000L and manual cook in 3000L to control the raw material duping, mixing and cooking process.
  • Collect hot samples for QC lab testing.
  • Perform adjustment in cooking tanks according to QC instruction.
  • Record cooking and sanitation parameter.
  • Perform CIP cleaning.
  • Work with Processing, Filling and Sanitation Team to fulfill production schedule and sanitation requirement.
  • Report processing issue to Production Supervisor.
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
