Do you love sharing your passion for food? Glen Park Senior Living is looking for an energetic and creative Cooking Instructor to host light, engaging culinary demonstrations or hands-on workshops with our residents. This is a 1099 contract opportunity. A great fit for chefs, bakers, foodies, or culinary students!
Requirements
- Experience teaching or demonstrating cooking
- Patience and warmth when interacting with seniors
Nice To Haves
- Food handler’s certification (a plus but not required)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead easy, senior-friendly cooking sessions
- Encourage participation and conversation
- Introduce healthy, nostalgic, or seasonal recipes
