About The Position

The Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri (GSEM) Internship Program is designed to provide students with an opportunity to join our mission to impact the lives of girls in the Eastern Missouri region. We are excited to offer a variety of internship opportunities that will promote the GSEM mission while strengthening our collaborative relationship with key stakeholders through offering this unique internship program. Participants in the GSEM Internship Program will learn more about our non-profit organizational structure while gaining critical hands-on work experience. Through supporting a specific department applicable to their field of study, performing a variety of functions, or tasks in multiple departments across the organization; interns will obtain relevant skills to support their individual professional growth and development. This intern will work for the Spring 2026 semester (January-May). Schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• Interns must be enrolled in a graduate, bachelor's or associate's degree program
• Must have completed at least one (1) semester of college
• Must be pursuing a degree relevant to the role

Nice To Haves

• Experience in project management
• Familiarity with non-profit organizations

Responsibilities

• Support team’s cookie season efforts through product inventory management and distribution to troops and individuals
• Manage cookie rewards and their distribution
• Prepare cookie booth marketing kits for troops
• Coordinate alternative cookie program participation, including Girl Scouts not in troops and troops in the staff-led program
