About The Position
As a Cookie Production Worker at Campbell Snacks, you will play a vital role in our production line, contributing to the creation of beloved snack products. Your primary responsibilities will involve various production line duties, which may include manual handling of products, visual quality inspections of both products and packaging, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment while following supervisory instructions and being flexible to work on different lines as production needs dictate. This position requires you to perform cupping and packaging duties in a conveyor belt setting, which involves repetitive motions of the hands, arms, and shoulders, as well as standing for the duration of your shift. In the cupping line, you will be responsible for dropping and separating paper cups while using your other hand to fill each cup with the correct number of cookies. This task requires dexterity and the ability to use both hands effectively while rotating sides of the belt. You will also be required to lift products regularly, with routine lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. The work hours for this position are from 6:55 AM to 3 PM, providing a structured schedule for your workday.
