Responsibilities

• Carefully package cookies, brownies, and Snackies into pouches, boxes, and cases.
• Inspect products for quality and consistency, ensuring only top-quality items are packed.
• Apply accurate lot codes, expiration dates, and product labels.
• Maintain accurate counts of packaged goods and track inventory levels.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations (including ServSafe standards) and keep workstations clean and organized.
• Work closely with the baking and production team to ensure packaging timelines are met.
• Prepare finished goods for delivery to local retailers and for nationwide shipping orders.
