Effectively monitor cheese making equipment including but not limited to; cooker / stretchers, rotary molder / chillers (RMC’s), analyzing equipment & cleaning equipment. Record & interpret data to make informed decisions and / or recommendations for optimum cheese making conditions. Follow make plans & make adjustments & changes to equipment as necessary. Communicate with upstream & downstream operators to ensure accurate identification of individual vats & recipes. Clean all related equipment as needed to ensure sanitary conditions. Function as an integral part of the cooker clean up crew between production runs. Perform assigned Master Sanitation duties. Company wide job responsibilities: Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner. Promptly reports any unsafe working conditions. Demonstrates good interpersonal communication skills. Understands and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). Demonstrates integrity in all business activities with employees, visitors and vendors. Comply with all quality & food safety systems and regulatory requirements. Reliable and available to work overtime or holidays as required. Performs other duties as required.
