As a Cook at Red Lobster, your responsibilities will include setting up and stocking prep and line stations, cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen area, checking the quality and freshness of ingredients, prepping, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes, and inspecting food preparation and serving areas to ensure safe food-handling practices. You will also assist other cooks and kitchen positions during peak business periods. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of food quality and safety that our guests expect.
