As a Cook at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in our kitchen team, ensuring that our guests receive the highest quality meals. Your responsibilities will include setting up and stocking prep and line stations, cleaning and organizing the kitchen area, checking the quality and freshness of ingredients, and cooking food according to recipes and specifications. You will also be responsible for maintaining safe and sanitary food-handling practices and assisting other kitchen staff during peak business periods.
