About The Position

As a Cook at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and stocking prep and line stations, ensuring that the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are clean, sanitized, and organized. You will be responsible for checking the quality and freshness of ingredients, prepping, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes and specifications while maintaining portion control systems. Additionally, you will inspect food preparation and serving areas, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food-handling practices. During peak business periods, you may also substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen positions, demonstrating your ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
