About The Position

The kitchen is known as the Heart of the House, where the magic happens. We are looking for Cooks who can bring to life the vision of our founders by preparing incredible wings and a variety of other delicious menu items that keep guests coming back. This role involves slicing, dicing, cooking, grilling, and saucing, providing numerous opportunities to showcase your culinary skills. As we expand our reach to more fans with diverse tastes, the Heart of the House Team plays a crucial role in creating exciting menu items and delivering the ultimate food experience for sports enthusiasts.

Requirements

  • One plus years of recent restaurant experience.
  • Ability to work as a team player and assist team members.
  • Strong passion and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of all station duties including Fry, Griddle, Pantry, Flat Top, and cooking eggs.
  • Strong time management and organization skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle money accurately.
  • Understanding or willingness to learn Point of Sales systems.
  • Extraordinary customer service, communication, interpersonal, and hospitality skills.
  • Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
  • Familiarity with the menu.

  • Reliability and dependability to cover shifts as scheduled.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all Team Members and managers.
  • Physical ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Follows recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Communicates with the Manager and Servers for smooth preparation and delivery of food.
  • Operates standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Cleans and maintains station practicing good safety and sanitation.
  • Assists with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
  • Restocks items as needed throughout the shift.
  • Adheres to all sanitation and food production codes.
  • Performs other duties as requested.
