About The Position

We are currently hiring kitchen team members who will be responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating menu items according to recipe procedures. Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment

• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Follow recipe procedures
• Keep equipment clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
