Food City is seeking a Cook to join our team in Bristol, TN. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to 'Run the Best Store in Town'. This role involves maintaining a positive attitude and creating an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork. The Cook will prepare all food for the Food Service department per manual guidelines, ensuring quality food and products to meet or exceed customer and company expectations. Responsibilities include preparing grill orders, using the fryer, slicing meats and cheeses, assisting in proper rotation of products, and maintaining cleanliness in the workstation. Food Service Associates should expect to be cross-trained in multiple areas with varying responsibilities.
