Prepare food for service by gathering necessary equipment and supplies.
Wash, peel, seed vegetables and fruits, and cut various food items including meats, poultry, and seafood.
Follow recipes to measure and assemble ingredients and cook items according to menu specifications.
Cook food using various methods such as grilling, deep frying, baking, broiling, and microwaving.
Ensure food is prepared simultaneously, maintaining high quality and timely service.
Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils, following sanitization guidelines.
Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of the kitchen and service areas.
Help set up and tear down service area chairs and tables as needed.
Direct the preparation and serving of food, ensuring proper storage of food and supplies.

Experience in food preparation and cooking in a commercial kitchen setting.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ability to follow recipes and adjust quantities as needed.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.

Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Culinary certification or training.

Competitive pay rate of $18.58 per hour.
Full-time employment with consistent hours.
