Requirements

  • Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent and are able to pass a background check.
  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food preperation within a licensed Childcare is a big plus!

Responsibilities

  • preparing nutritious meals and snacks for the children in our care
  • serve as an assistant teacher, actively participating in classroom activities and fostering a supportive learning environment
