Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen, including all work areas and equipment. Collaborate effectively with kitchen and dietary team members to support smooth daily operations. Secure the kitchen at the conclusion of service, ensuring all equipment is properly shut down and areas are locked. Accurately record food temperatures and complete required logs and documentation in a timely manner. Requirements

  • A food enthusiast with 1+ year of experience in a food service setting, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Passionate about creating high-quality meals with a focus on safety and detail.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Applicants must have flexible availability to meet operational needs.
  • Shifts may vary and can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Schedule flexibility is a required qualification for this role.
