JOB SUMMARY: Takes food orders, rings in the order, and collects payment, prepares the food while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Counts monies in the cash register at the beginning and end of shift at the vault. Takes food orders from guests. Collects payment from guests. Prepares all orders and ensures all orders are cooked quickly and according to order and portion control. Maintains the work area, including all counter tops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with state, county, and company health regulations and work safety regulations. Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene in compliance with state, county, and company regulations. Interacts with guests to provide good customer service. Prepares paperwork at the end of the shift, logging any repairs and documenting any incidents or problems. Must be able to prep food products using standardized food preparation techniques. Must be able to visibly recognize the ‘condition’ of food and cooking temperatures. Works with all employees as a team and ensures the smooth operation of food production. Enforces all controls as required, such as portion control, employee free drinks, and stock rotation.
