Cook

Farms Work Wonders CorporationWardensville, WV
$15 - $15

About The Position

We're looking for a skilled, passionate cook to help bring Mack's Bingo Kitchen's vision to life — someone who sees food as both craft and story, and who is excited about cooking seasonal, farm-forward dishes in a kitchen rooted in Appalachian tradition. This role is central to our kitchen operation. You'll work closely with our Executive Chef to execute a menu built around what's growing, what's local, and what's meaningful — from farm-raised proteins to seasonal vegetables harvested right here at Farms Work Wonders. You bring technique, consistency, and care to every dish that leaves the kitchen. Beyond the food itself, this role carries a mentorship dimension. You'll work alongside Junior Crew and apprentices, helping to build a kitchen culture grounded in learning, high standards, and genuine pride in the craft. You set the tone — in your knife work, your station, and the way you show up every day. If you're a cook who wants their work to mean something beyond the plate — and who is energized by the idea of feeding a community while growing the next generation of culinary talent — this might be exactly the right kitchen for you. This position reports to the Executive Chef.
