About The Position

Saint Luke’s Hospital is seeking a Cook to be responsible for the active participation in the workflow in the Nutrition Service Department including, but not limited to: preparation, delivery, or service to customers. Your experience and expertise in Food Services will allow you to successfully serve a diverse population of customers. Responsibilities

  • Active participation in the workflow in the Nutrition Service Department including, but not limited to: preparation, delivery, or service to customers.
  • Workflow includes: set up, food preparation, clean up, and sanitation of work areas, dishes, wares, or equipment
  • Accountable for inventory control, product rotation, proper labeling, and safe food handling practices
  • Accountable for operations when the Manager and Work Leaders are not available
