Perform the day-to-day activities of the Dietary Department as assisting the Cook with the preparation and serving of all meals, washing dishes, pots and pans, as well as the trays and setting up the drinks for the following meal. This position Is required to keep the Dietary areas clean and sanitary in accordance with current federal, state, local standards, guideline, and regulations governing the facility.
