Requirements

• The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience and/or training in food production and service.
• Must be Serve-Safe certified or become Serve-Safe certified within probationary hire period

Responsibilities

• Responsible for producing all required menu items, per production systems, for preparation to transport to multiple serving areas and main dining venues.
• Performs culinary duties in main production kitchen.
• Follows set recipes and daily production worksheets.
• Coordinates the distribution of the prepared menu items for all special events, functions and daily for each meal at set times.
• Prepares food for all dining venues.
• Performs all duties while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Consistently meets food safety regulations while handling all food products and food storage.
