Responsibilities
- preparing food for facility use
- assisting in planning menus
- maintaining daily meal counts
- maintaining inventories
- maintaining menu planning book
- maintaining food orders
- Adhering to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.
