The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking for patients, staff and visitors, taking into account any dietary restrictions or special requirements. Cooks must ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met and work closely with nutrition team to ensure recipes and portion controls are followed. Cooks and bakes entrees, casseroles, routine and complex recipes for patients, cafeteria and catering in a high quality and timely manner.
