Cook Opportunity Position: Full-Time Shift: Daytime/Afternoon This full-time opportunity with Calvary Healing Center (Calvary) offers 40 hours per week, full benefits! For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region. The Cook will also assist with preparing the salad bar, maintaining an adequate supply of beverages, assisting in the preparation and delivery of patient meals and room supplies, operating the dish machine, and assisting the other Cooks as required. Requirements

Must have at least two (2) years experience in quantity cooking, a basic knowledge of modified diets
Training in food service sanitation and possession of food service sanitation certification as required
Experience utilizing industrial kitchen equipment and utensils
Fingerprint Clearance Card
Completion of BLS & First Aid Certification, within 30 days of employment.
Completion of Verbal DeEscalation Training, within 30 days of employment

Prior kitchen supervisory experience helpful.
