This position is responsible for preparing all food items for the hotel outlets, following standardized recipes and complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards. The role also involves supporting functions such as assisting with guest inquiries, adhering to company and safety policies and procedures, reporting maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, and performing other reasonable job duties as requested by direct and indirect supervisors.
