Requirements
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare, or senior living setting preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality, well-presented meals that meet community and resident expectations.
- Collaborate with the Dining Services Manager and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dish areas.
- Support the team by occasionally assisting with dishwashing, cleaning, and busing tables.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
