Our senior living community is currently seeking a Cook to join our team of dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and our community. The Cook ensures efficient, timely, and friendly service to all residents and staff. They maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures and high quality food preparation and presentation. The role involves ordering, receiving, and rotating stock in conjunction with the Food Service Director, reading and following recipes for consistency, and preparing and serving food items for breakfast, lunch, or dinner as assigned. The Cook assists with meeting or exceeding resident dining expectations and is knowledgeable in food preparation techniques and presentation.
