This position reports directly to the Food and Beverage Manager at our Queenstown Harbor Golf Resort and will be responsible for food preparation and handling procedures. This includes washing dishes, maintaining sanitary conditions of kitchen, coolers, organization of cooking utensils, pans and small wears adhering to a high standard of cleanliness and safety. This position requires multi-tasking. Must be dependable, punctual, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible, and able to carry tasks through to completion.
