Requirements

  • Proven experience as a breakfast cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and food safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure all breakfast dishes are presented attractively and served promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Adapt to special dietary requests and accommodate guest preferences
