The Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for patients according to the approved menu cycle and production sheets. This position is estimated at 32 hours per week. 8 hours on Thursday to put away stock and 12 hours Saturday and 12 hours Sunday.
