Job Description: Responsible for ongoing meal production and timely meal service Test new recipes Clean the kitchen; put away/organize food deliveries Assist with kitchen inspections as needed, to ensure the foodservice production area is safe and sanitary. Inspect storage areas on a regular basis for proper temperatures, cleanliness, and order

Requirements

• One year of cooking experience in a high-volume environment is preferred
• Food Handler's Permit required
• High School diploma
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Willing to provide direction to cook-aides and dish-aides, as needed
• Possess a great attitude while providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service
• Passion to learn and grow within the cooking profession
