Cook provides our residents with all of their meals in a sanitary and safe manner adhering to all policies and procedures of the facility and New York State Department of Health codes while focusing on customer service and satisfaction. Cook uses proper dining room service for the residents and/or family members. Proper “in kitchen” preparation and cleaning in regard to the station assigned to you. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Prepare all foods adhering to all NY State codes and regulations for sanitation, storage and temperature
