About The Position
In conjunction with the Lead Cook, the cook will prepare meals and maintain the kitchen area.
Requirements
- Experience in food preparation is necessary, and the ability to follow a menu is a requirement.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve meals.
- Help on special activities or occasions.
- Work independently on scheduled meals.
- Maintain personal hygiene.
- Help maintain food service standards in compliance with regulations.
- Adhere to schedule developed by head cook.
- Follow directions of head cook.
- Aid in completion of kitchen tasks.
- Performance Quality Improvement (PQI) duties as assigned by supervision & PQI Committee.
