Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment (required)
- Knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen safety regulations (required)
Responsibilities
- Follow and maintain standards of sanitation and safety for personnel, food preparation, storage, kitchen equipment, and all department areas.
- Receives and stores food and supplies, and assures they are stored properly.
- Ensures food safety and sanitation practices are adhered to, and the timing of meals is met.
- Communicate with residents, guests, and co-workers professionally and pleasantly.
