The Cook is responsible for providing high quality meals to the residents, guests and staff. This role involves preparing all food using daily planners and standard recipes, working the food line during mealtimes, and ensuring all food meets safety guidelines and kitchen areas meet sanitation guidelines. The Cook must also ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and co-workers.
