As a cook at The Hollywood Roosevelt, you'll ensure the exceptional preparation and presentation of all hot and cold banquet menu items-including appetizers, entrees, and sides. You'll follow hotel standards and recipes to prepare meats, poultry, fish, vegetables, starches, sauces. Your responsibilities include setting up and maintaining a clean, organized workstation, preparing dishes according to Banquet Event orders (BEOs), tasting and adjusting for quality, and following all food safety and sanitation standards. You'll work closely with the Executive chef team to deliver memorable dining experiences for our guests.
